httpd.conf 相关参数配置如下：

ServerLimit 1500
startServers 50
MinSpareServers 20
MaxSpareServers 30
MaxClients 1500
MaxRequestsPerChild 10000

看上去好像是 mod_fcgid 的配置问题，能否把有关 mod_fcgid 的配置贴上来看看？

看看fcgi配置的ProcessCount是不是100，改大点，根据你的ServerLimit配置，1500比较合适，或者把ServerLimit改成100。

ServerLimit 1500是不是太大了，你确认你单台机器打算支持1500个并发连接？有点夸张。
