我在2000 server下安装.NET 2003
安装.net framework 1.1系统就自己帮我重新启动，然后我开机看！.net framework1.1 并没有装上去！
然后我就自己分步安装必备工具，但我安装到一半后就弹出这样的对话框：
'错误1719。The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This
can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode,or if the Windows
Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel
for assistance.'最后中止安装！
请那位高人帮帮我，我怎样才能顺利的把.net framework1.1安装好?不然的话我
无法安装visual studio.net2003跳过此系统必备工具的话，visual
studio.net2003将不能顺利用行！我想可能跟我的win2000有关，但我不知道究竟
是怎么回事！因为我第一次安装成功的，现在我重装win2000后就不能安装了.

可能是有冲突或缺什么服务
vs2003中有张系统环境盘，是五或第六张，用它来安装该是不会少什么东西

Windows Installer 有问题可能是你在服务里面（服务名称就叫Windows Installer）禁止了（或者你没有装？SP没打？），看看，只要不是禁止就可以了。

也许是你用的版本（是不是7张盘的英文版）不好，我也曾经遇到过（花了好长时间），换一个版本好了！
