以前遇到这个问题，我通过重装IIS解决

1.中了冲击波变种病毒了

2.ASP.NET进程自己会检查一些异常，如死锁、访问冲突、内存泄漏等，当检测到异常时会自动的中止进程。

所以是stopped unexpectedly，没有什么办法了建议你重装iis吧:
