asp.net 刷新页面问题

  是这样，从   A.aspx   ,   a001.aspx   ，……

假如从   A.aspx   中点了一个连接到   B.aspx   中，这中间有地址参数

如   B.aspx?id=001&url=a.aspx

    B.aspx   处理完成之后怎样返回到     A.aspx   并且使       A.aspx   刷下一下呢？

  从地址参数中获取然后   在   Response.Redirect()   这样是不能刷新的

请问如果解决呢？
