看一下你的web.config ，是不是有问题

好象是调试的问题,你点项目 点右键 属性 点配置属性 把ASP.NET调试设置为FALSE就OK了

1.检查你的web应用程序是否有应用程序名. 请通过IIS MMC检查保证你的web项目有应用程序名

start -- run --inetmgr--右击你的项目 Properties -- 查看Directory(虚拟目录)选项卡 -- Application name

如果没有,请点击Create

2.如果你的磁盘是NTFS格式,请保证ASP.NET(win2003 则是NetWork Service)用户对于wwwroot及你的虚拟目录有合适的权限(Access and Write)
