我决定去好好学英语
目标：能够流利的表达自己的思想，能够听懂理解别人的意思，可以写短文.
地点：上海.

目前个人状态：
阅读没有问题；
写出的短文，比较贫乏；
口语就很差，说不上几句；
听力一般般，专业上的能听懂60%左右；
