网页里的文字问题，急！求大神分析
大家好，我有个问题，在网页上需要修改如下图中间部分  最新通知  公司动态 和信息速递


我找不到原列表中文字的处处，求大师指点。好像用了dll...
此处我上代码, 但是这个网站的制作并没有用到cs..我纳闷了。。
