关于comBox的用法的一个问题，急。。。。。在线等

我想实现一个这样的情况
      当在combox中绑定数据后，开始combox中显示了一个值
      当我想在选下一个值时，提示我是否继续，选着否，则回到先前的值。
      怎么实现才好。
       选择是则显示。

      注意事件不要重复调用好多次。。
