GETDATA（） 当前系统的日期和时间
DAy（日期 ）返回某月几号的整数值

或者用这个 http://www.99count.com/ 我觉得在后台写程序判断是否重复提交，多少有点困难。必然是要和访问数据库打交道，这样资源开销挺大的。
