用VS2005写了个程序WinForm的，发布到一个网站，本地（win2003）安装配置一切正常，在一个新机器(winxp)上却不行，点击安装后出现如下错误，哪位达人碰到过，给指点一条明路，多谢。

in   the   Global   Assembly   Cache(GAC)first.

找一个放到c:\windows\assembly\里去就好了
