???? 注意项目的properties里面的Target framework是完整版的，还是client profile的。在目标框架中默认选项是“.NET Framework 4 Client Profile”，Client Profile是.NET Framework框架的子集，目标是为快速发布。将其修改为“.NET Framework 4.0”，然后再导入System.Web.dll 编译即可。
