VB.net DataGridView 虚似模式如何实现？？？
用以下方式往DataGridView里填充数据，但当数据量大时，非常慢。

 请问有什么方法可以解决。

 在网上查找过，用虚似模式可以解决，但不知道具体怎么实现，
 设定了DataGridView 控件的 VirtualMode 属性为 true，但CellValueNeeded事件没有触发,
也不知道CellValueNeeded里该写什么代码。

 请高手给出具体实现方法，谢谢！

大数据量就要考虑分页了，或者lazyload
