求解决思路，能给出运行代码加分！！！
现有一个数组list[],给出一个阈值范围max和min，超出阈值报警。数组里的值是按时间取的，假设数值list[i]超出阈值范围，再回到正常范围为一次报警，我想求数组中数值报警次数。请问怎么写这一段循环，还请大神赐一段代码！！！不胜感激
