市场调查:想写一个分布式人工翻译系统
功能:把一外文书,分割成惹干小分到章节,分发给其它专业翻译人去做,然后再统计起来,这样一本书就可以很快翻译完成,并且是高精度人工翻译的,同样要把中文翻译成其它文也是可以的,通过这个系统就可以了,分发是由系统自动完成的,对于使用者来说,只需要发布需要翻译的书,然后接收翻译完成的书就可以了.   敬请各位同行帮鉴定这个系统的潜力如何?
我想由人为的分段翻译的精度应该可以达到很高水平了,这个系统如果运转起来的话,造福全世界,世界上各种语言都可以快速沟通,不止是英语到汉语,也可以是法语到韩语,等任何语言这间的互译
