SVN 认证失败，头疼带动了蛋~~

带#号的注释没有贴上来，贴上来的都是去掉注释后的。但是导入的时候总是认证失败。
我下载的SVN是1.6.6，直接解压后在DOS窗口中运行的那种，tortoiseSVN也是1.6的，简体中文版，太平洋载的
就是本机使用，每次导入的时候都是认证失败
请大侠给个原因，太没天理了

没碰到过，我用的windows版的SVN。LINUX上的没用过
