struts2+tomcat5.5+myeclipse6.5的404错误

web.xml struts.xml在web_inf下面
welcome.jsp login.jsp index.jsp 在webroot下面
http://localhost:8099/struts2my/login.jsp 访问时，404错误
每次修改配置文件后，都有重启tomcat
请高手帮忙看看

1楼说的不对

楼主先把web xml里面的struct配置先删除 
然后在访问login.jsp试一试
若去掉能访问的话 说明配置的struct核心控制器有问题

至于什么问题 
第一：struct版本导致所用的控制器不一样
第二：struct配置文件放的路径不对 应该放src下面
第三：我也不知道什么问题
