eclipse如何建web引用？
tomcat开发的，想引用网上一个软件，咨询了网站的info，回答是

you can easily build this service using CLI (Command Line Interface).You can create a simple web interface to accept a file name, invoke a command line convertor and save in a requested format, and send it back to your client. 

菜鸟一只，看的一知半解，是不是应该在eclipse里面：项目-添加-web service，然后就不知道了，求详解！！！

tomcat只是个WEB容器，不是语言也不是IDE，tomcat开发的是什么意思？做tomcat的二次开发吗？
你可以很轻松地用命令行接口创建一个服务。然后你可以创建一个简单的web 服务接口用来接收文件名，调用命令行转换器保存为请求的格式，并且将它返回给客户端。

任何的java项目都可以用创建java工程导入到eclipse。需要配置build-classpath, 且打包工具（ant等，已方便编译打包）
