XML Schema文件：Content is not allowed in prolog 的问题！
这个xml的Schema文件到底有什么格式问题？每次载入时都会报：
“Content   is   not   allowed   in   prolog”
我检查了好几遍，并没有什么全拼的特殊字符啊什么的，格式应该没有问题啊

哪位高人帮忙看看，到底有什么地方不对，抛出的异常就定位到第二行第一列上：

tadig-gen:genericSchemaVersionType是无效的类型
