关于tomcat下文件的下载问题， （linux apache tomcat)
tomcat下存有一个文件
apache   tomcat   linux   ssl时
ie下载不能（文件确实存在）,但firefox好用

开发环境（windows   tomcat)下，ie   ,ff都好用，请指教

http和https使用的是不同的Connector,可能你的http使用的那个Connector设置了URIEncoding= "UTF-8 "，使得中文文件名可以使用，而HTTPS使用的是另外的Connector，你需要在那个Connector中再次进行设置
