mysql的驱动问题

我用这个测试mysql的连接，把mysql-connector-java-5.1.20-bin.jar放在了tomcat/commen/lib下运行结果还是报java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.mysql.jdbc.Driver请高人指点下
