java 读写 ini文件，疑惑？？？
两个程序分别用java和vc编写， java的程序负责通过从外部设备接收到数据信息后，写入 ini的文件内指定的ID，而另外vc的程序负责定时不停的读取该ini文件内ID的内容，并向外发送！
目前遇到的问题是，两程序同时成功运行一段时间后 ，ini文件的所有内容（包括配置的内容）都没有了，变成了空文件了！
  不太清楚为什么会成为空文件，怎么解决？谢谢！
