关于控件名称中带小数点的取值有关问题！

求救关于控件名称中带小数点的取值问题！！！
现在页面中有
<input type= "text " name= "condition.criterName " maxlength= "30 " size= "40 ">
这样一个text框。
但是不知用javascript如何取到输入的值。
