是不是C语言标准库只包含以上头文件啊？向unistd.h fcntl.h不是属于C语言标准库吗

楼主列出的15个头文件就是C89的标准头文件；不过C99里增加了不少头文件和函数。
unistd.h和fcntl.h属于Unix系统的标准接口的头文件，就像Windows下有windows.h
