ubuntu mysql配置错误导致无法启动mysql，希望达人前来帮助。
各位大侠，我修改了mysql的my.cnf文件的bind-address后，就不能登录mysql 出现的错误是：

Warning: World-writable config file '/etc/mysql/my.cnf' is ignored
Enter password: 
ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

搜索全文，也找不到这个文件，请问如何处理呢？
