“处理器计划”配置，Win有，UNIX/Linux有吗？
Windows   中有一项叫“处理器计划”的配置选项，用以调整默认情况处理器时间的分配。XP默认应用程序，2003默认后台服务。
请问UNIX/Linux下是否有类似选项或是在编译内核时能够控制。
