vim字符编码问题
我的字符编码在_vimrc是如下设计的
set encoding=utf-8 
  "set termencoding=utf-8 
  set fileencodings=ucs-bom,utf-8,chinese,latin-1 
  if has("win32") 
 set fileencoding=chinese 
  else 
  set fileencoding=utf-8 
  endif
我想使用UTF-8编码，以前GVIM能正常自动使用UTF-8但不知道为什么最近就只能自动使用gb2312，很是迷惑，明明encoding是 utf-8但是进行程序编辑时就自动转为gbk去了！
