ssh连接 时而正常时而错误
win7的环境上装了openssh,用命令行ssh userId@localhost连接时，时而能连上,
时而出现下面的错误,出现的错误又时而不同。
Read from socket failed: Connection reset by peer
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

查看了下windows的系统日志，有许多出错的日志。
sshd: PID 3156: fatal: fork of unprivileged child failed
sshd: PID 2116: error: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

百度了很久也没找到合适的解决方案。
请高人指教

根据错误提示被远程关闭，应该是这边长期没有响应
有没有可能是硬件的问题（网线松动这些啊），或者网络环境不好引起的！

不知道跟selinux或者iptables有没有关系呢？
