求助：cygwin下安装jpeg library (jasper or openjpeg)
新人一枚~~~请教各位大神个问题，我刚开始接触cygwin，想在这个环境下用grib_api，但是说我缺少jpeg library (jasper or openjpeg)【红色字体部分】，请各位高手指点一下。
