按照install.txt的说法，
1> ./configure  // 貌似 OK
2> make  //我这里直接make不行，有 make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
     于是我用 make -f Makefile.in 此时，有 No rule to make target `pcap-@V_PCAP@.o', needed by `libpcap.a`
从config.log看，有 V_PCAP='linux'
