求教：ssis数据迁移时报错：Validation error
ssis：导数据双击时出现下面这个报错，不知道怎么解决，困扰一天了，百度论坛各种搜，没找到解决方法，新人刚接触，请各位帮忙，感谢！！

1、双击 flat file destination时 弹出对话框如下，

文字内容如下：

2、点击yes，往下操作后，到column处显示column为空，换其他表同样的错误。


这个问题该怎么解决，恳请前辈指教！！谢！！
