vista系统安装mysql-5.1.44-win32 noinstall方法
一、首先在安装目录下创建my.ini文件，文件内容如下

二、启动文件start.bat和关闭文件stop.bat

stop.bat内容如下：

echo stop mysql5
net stop mysql5
mysqld --remove mysql5

三、备注
一定要用以管理员身份打开start.bat或stop.bat文件，mysql才能正常开启或关闭。
