oracle数据库启动后自己停止，alert.log看不出问题，急求解决
服务器环境是hp服务器，win2000操作系统，oracle 9.2数据库，每次启动后登录数据库查询都会提示ora-01033:oracle initializationg or shutdown in progress，查看alert.log也没有发现明显问题，贴上alert.log求解。
