10g RAC的表扩展问题

小弟用两台RedHat 5.5企业版安装了10g的RAC，用ASM管理表空间，使用一个SAN的存储，存储上大概有1T的空间，分了500G给ASM，现在一年多过去了，空间快满了，想再划200G给ASM，应该怎么操作？
还有，现在的USER表空间占了80G，可以清理吗？

小弟是小白鼠，只懂一点点开发，对于主机和ORACLE的配置知识了解的很少，所以请各种大侠说的仔细一点。
