oracle9i只能使用静态注册LISTENER吗?
麻烦哪位帮忙讲解一下这个题为什么会选CE,

你这个考题是10G的吧？因为想用监听器连接用户和旧版本的数据库，就必须要静态注册数据库，而C选项是连9I，所以这个选项对了。

E选项说监听器不在1521端口，而实例默认是在这个端口找监听器。
选项又说实例“is not configured to register with a nondefault port”，也就是说没有用动态注册去指定不在默认端口的监听器，所以这时就用静态注册了，即将实例的信息直接写在listener.ora中。
