10g rac添加节点报错Failed To Upgrade Oracle Cluster Registry Configuration When Runnin
10g rac添加节点，在新节点执行root.sh脚本报错Failed To Upgrade Oracle Cluster Registry Configuration ，检查alertrac3.log 日志指向一个trace文件，下面为trace文件内容：
