php调用html文件是问题

用Php编写了一个小网站，希望每个网页顶端保持一致，因此，对每个Php文件调用了一个html的头文件，名称为head.html,但是用include_once、include、require_once
（<?php include_once("head.htm"); ?>）
等命令调用均出错，出错信息如下：
