在线迁移OCR遇到报错：PROT-16

现象：
[root@HeiLJUC01 ~]# /oracle/app/11gR1/crs/bin/ocrconfig -replace ocr /dev/raw/raw9
PROT-16: Internal Error                                                            
[root@HeiLJUC01 ~]# /oracle/app/11gR1/crs/bin/ocrconfig -replace ocr /dev/raw/raw9

分析：
用ocrcheck查看没有mirr ocr：
