冷备份系统后，然后重启DB Listener和DB没报什么错误，再起通过命令adstrtal.sh apps/apps来启动Apps Server的时候报错

sqlplus不能连上instance，那么应该是数据库的问题。

SELINUX=disabled，防火墙也是关闭的，不存在防火墙阻挡的问题。
