江湖救急，Windows 2008, Excel 2007读写Excel的问题
以前在Windows 2003正确运行多年的程序，因为服务器要搬到2008上面，发现无法使用。
目前的状况是: Windows 2008 R2, IIS 7.0， Excel 2007
出错信息
Microsoft Office Excel cannot access the file 'C:\Temp\TestReport.xls'. 
There are several possible reasons:
? The file name or path does not exist.
? The file is being used by another program.
? The workbook you are trying to save has the same name as a currently open workbook.

按照 http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/innovateonoffice/thread/b81a3c4e-62db-488b-af06-44421818ef91?prof=required 上面的提示，建立了新目录C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop，并且赋予该目录Everyone，Full control的权限，但是问题仍然存在。

请问，哪位老大有过解决这类问题的经验吗？多谢
