内外网一块上的命令是什么啊？
我的本是XP系统的，内外网不能一块上

你可以配置一个虚拟网卡的 真实网卡配置外网地址 虚拟网卡配置内网地址 
虚拟网卡xp下自带 也可网上下载一个

设了两个网关，肯定是不行的了，把内网的网关去掉，应该就可以了。如果内网和本机不是的一个网段的，还需要添加一条静态路由

没怎么看你那个网络信息，不过解决起来很简单。
如果你要想内网外网同时上，你需要保证你可以同时ping通内网网关和外网网关，不然很有难度。
然后可以使用如下命令：
route add ?.?.?.0 mask 255.255.255.0 ?.?.?.? 
这里?.?.?.0是指你要到达的网络的地址，一般是指内网，?.?.?.?是指你相应网络的网关地址。
如果你的网络环境不怎么变化，并且你又不想每次开机后要要设置，可用以下命令添加事态路由：
route -p add ?.?.?.0 mask 255.255.255.0 ?.?.?.?
