系统报位能从程序集中加载WCFSecurityTest.ServiceLib.TestMethods.CustomUserNameValidator类型,可我的WCFSecurityTest.ServiceLib.TestMethods.CustomUserNameValidator的确是包含在WCFSecurityTest.ServiceLib之中.
