用eclipse配置hibernate出现告警
请教各位大侠：小弟在看马士兵的hibernate视频，但是在运行的时候出现如下告警，我已经附上相关文件了，我用的是hibernate3.6.8，slf4j1.6.1

hibernate.cfg.xml配置文件：
