急问asp.net版本的有关问题

急问asp.net版本的问题
我已经安装了framework2.0,但是没用安装IIS，我用apache来支持ASP.net
但是在.NET 2003中无法建立工程，提示版本仍为1.0，内容如下：
visual studio .net has detected that the web server is running asp.net version 1.0. The web application you are creating or opening can be configured to be compliant with asp.net 1.0
我已经按照网上的提示，运行了2.0的 aspnet_regiis.exe -i
但是还是不行~请问应该怎么办呢？谢谢了

aspnet_regiis.exe -i只对IIS起作用，apache没用过
