Strong system design and programming skills, able to organize and write clean and maintainable code
Highly capable to debug/test and trouble shootings 
Strong interest and passionate on the relevant technology areas
Pro-active work attitude and always take initiatives
Strong leadership and stand up as and when necessary
 
Responsibilities include:
Lead a local team to join the international project team for the end-to-end software development
Specify, design and implement of J2ME applications to meet the requirements
Conduct unit and integration tests, and cooperate with QA engineers closely for the defect investigation and resolution
Enforce the processes to be followed by the team, and help ensure the quality for the products and any other team outputs
 
Required Skills & Experience:
BSCS/MSCS, or related technical degree(s)
Strong Java/J2ME/MIDP/JSR knowledge and skills, with 5+ years solid design and coding experiences
Well understanding of OOAD & OOP concepts and practices
Proven records on s/w development project experiences, at least gone through 2 whole SDLC in recent years
Good team player, excellent work ethics, commitment to job and quality
Excellent English communication capability being able to work with colleagues around the world smoothly
Strong leadership and soft skills, as well as project management abilities 
Work experiences in the mobile industry and push-email solution is definitely a plus
