初学者求一段DIV+iframe简单代码

菜鸟求一段DIV+iframe简单代码。
试过用frameset，不理想，网上查了一下，听说要用DIV+iframe比较好，求一段简单代码。

理想效果：

分4块: 上中(左右) 下

上，下固定就行。
中左为菜单，中右为主窗口，随菜单切换。

一个最简单的例子就行，谢谢。

最好不要用FRAMESET，用DIV+CSS控制布局（也可以用TABLE布局），在你需要的地方添加IFRAME。

ASP.NET里可以使用母版页。
