weblogic运行的时候警告问题

请问大侠们，这个怎么解决?

1 ．启动管理服务器，访问域控制台。
2 ．展开左边面板 Servers 节点，显示域服务配置。
3 ．点击你要配置的服务名称。
4 ．选择配置（ Configuration ）―― > 调整（ Tuning ）标签。
5 ．在 Socket Reader 中编辑 Java 读线程的百分比。 Java socket 读线程数是根据所有的执行线程数的百分比计算得到的。
6 ．应用（ Apply ）这个调整。
这是一个weblogic socket 读的线程数不足的问题
