weblogic启动异常，求解
手动启动成功，但在myclipse中启动失败：
异常如下：

前面的三个警告可以先忽略，不能启动的原因是config.xml里面com.bea.wcp.sip.management.descriptor.beans.SipServerBean这个类找不到，可能原因是缓存问题，建议重新编译一下项目在启动！
