初学者求：java与mysql连接，存储图片的有关问题

菜鸟求：java与mysql连接，存储图片的问题。
按照 http://blog.csdn.net/hope2jiang/article/details/590733 上面“3.3 完整代码”部分的完整代码拷过来的，数据库也是按照说明建立的，编译没问题，运行的时候出了错误如下，望大神指点!
HTTP Status 404 - Servlet StorePictures is not available

放到java版吧
