sql server 2008安装失败
最近需要复习sql server,所有就安装sql2008，但是怎么也安装不成功。我的系统是win7旗舰版，之前有安装过sql2005,后来卸载了，还安装有vs2008\2010.
开始setup.exe安装，报如下错误：

   在 System.Configuration.RuntimeConfigurationRecord.RuntimeConfigurationFactory..ctor(RuntimeConfigurationRecord configRecord, FactoryRecord factoryRecord)
   在 System.Configuration.RuntimeConfigurationRecord.CreateSectionFactory(FactoryRecord factoryRecord)

我就安装网上说的删除了删除C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft_Corporation\LandingPage.exe_StrongName_ryspccglaxmt4nhllj5z3thycltsvyyx\10.0.0.0\user.config文件即可，
结果可以安装了，一路下来安装过程中报错
结果导致安装失败，没有删除那个文件也是安装不成功。

麻烦帮看下，为什么会出错呢，我上安装安装教程一步步来的啊。谢谢
