当form出现ora错误时，可以使用如下方法进行查询错误

例如打开form遇到了FRM-40735:WHEN-BUTTON_PRESSED出现了异常：ORA-04063

1、进入数据库，输入oerr ORA 04063

2、看到错误了 就可以进行相应的处理，例子中的错误是调用的程序包出现了问题
